My wife and I were looking for a second vehicle and found David Stanley using the Car Buying Service on USAA.COM. Initially we found a Chevy Impala that we liked. On Tuesday we made plans to come up on Frida David Stanley using the Car Buying Service on USAA.COM. Initially we found a Chevy Impala that we liked. On Tuesday we made plans to come up on Friday to see the car and relayed that to the dealer. They called us on Thursday to tell us the car had been sold. We went back to the USAA Car Buying service and found a Jeep Patriot that we liked. We got on the road and made the 2 hour drive from Oklahoma City from Enid. The salesman called us while we were on the road to verify we were coming. When we arrived, the salesman we had been dealing with was no where to be seen and we were told the car we were interested in viewing had been sold the night before. I understand the fast pace of the car business and everything is first come, first serve but to call us while we're on the road to see the vehicle and not tell us the car we are coming to see has been sold was very upsetting and I was about to walk out of this establishment to take my business elsewhere. But Mr. Tim Taff took up the slack and went above and beyond to help us find a car who fit our budget and our needs. He took us all over the lot and kept everything we viewed within the price range we set beforehand. He was friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. Most of the staff were great and I hope what happened to us was just a mistake that doesn't happen often. But it was a stain on an otherwise very good buying experience thanks to Mr. Taff. More

I called the dealership on a Friday regarding an invitation for me to visit the dealership to get a priz. I then told Ryan I was in the market for a 2 maybe 3000 dollar van and he then told me he ha invitation for me to visit the dealership to get a priz.
