This was my first new car purchase and it was an awsome experience. She was great to work with, and she found my exact vehicle. Shawn Archer(sales) was awsome as well. He is very helpful in answering all of my questions about the car and well, he is very easy to work with and is a down to earth person. from the time i walked in to the time i left it only took 2 and half hours to purchase my NEW 300S I LOVE MY NEW 300S Also the follow up that they do is awsome as well. Although I didn't make a purchase yet, I will definitely return to this dealership when I do make a decision to buy. I am a customer who drove from Amarillo Texas to purchase a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4X4. I must say it was well worth the drive. I met 3 wonderful hardworking members of The David Stanley team. a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4X4. I must say it was well worth the drive. I met 3 wonderful hardworking members of The David Stanley team. 1st I met Melanie Chandler, she is a honest and stand up person, instead of her taking my sale from the internet rep I had been corresponding with via email she found him and advised him I was in the building. I then met my internet rep Shawn Archer face to face. Shawn was awesome and answered all of my questions and even questions I didn't know I wanted to ask. He also was very honest and upfront about the deal we made online nothing hidden no bait and switch. I would also make sure to mention that Melanie even though she was not my sells person she kept checking on me. Lastly I would like to say that the finance manager Colin Johnson whom I dealt with was great and made the worst part of buying a car very easy and made sure I was able to drive my car home the same night. I will definitely do business with David Stanley, Shawn, Melanie and hope that I would be able to get Colin as a finance manager again. I hope to be seeing them soon, my son found a car he likes and my mother will also be looking soon. More

When my husband and I went in to get a new vehicle we knew exactly what we were wanting to get. We had talked to a gentleman who said that if we came in he would be more than willing to help us out. Once we got into the store we were passed off to another guy because our guy was to busy. We found the vehicle rather quickly with the help of one of their employees. This all seemed to be going good. Once we got in to talk about price and stuff we were put in a small room and left alone for a rather long time while they were trying to get someone to finance us. We were in this room dealing with that for over an hour. After this the original guy who was supposed to help us told us about dealer rater and told us to give him a great review. Why should we give him any review when we didn't see him at all. The only contact we had with him was the numerous phone calls constantly after our first inquiry of David Stanley harassing us to come in. We should have known better than to shop here then. When we finally got back to talk to the finance guy we barely even saw him he would come in do a little bit and then leave again for like an hour at a time. We showed up at the dealership at 2 in the afternoon and didn't leave until after 9pm. While sitting in with the finance guy we asked him numerous questions about our prices and at one point told us that he had to raise the price of our car so that he could buy down our interest rate. To me I don't understand this because we could have just paid the same price either way even with the interest rate. Well we drove off the lot with our car and brought it home. We never had problems with the car but Monday morning we went into our hometown bank here because we hadn't finalized the financing through David Stanley and our bank got us a way better interest rate so we decided to go with that. They did not want to lower the price back to the original after we told them this they still expected us to pay the price that they had gotten to after buying our interest rate down. We drove back up there and had a guy tell us to our faces that it wasn't illegal for them to raise their prices on their cars. This wouldn't have been a problem if they wouldn't have raised it $10,000. What kind of sales person tells you to your face that they are screwing you over anyway. I would not suggest for anyone to go visit David Stanley unless you are wanting to be screwed over. They keep you their all day causing you to not be thinking clearly and just ready to leave. Their staff is not friendly and they don't know anything about customer service. Again, do not go to David Stanley!!! More
