I have never been put at ease while buying a car like I was with Dustin. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I called the dealerships Saturday 9/22/12. I talked to Stephen Reynolds, he assured me the jeep I was interested in was still available(I gave him the stock number and everything). My wife and I drove 3 hours to go buy it (Stephen knew this). They said they had sold it 2 hours before we got there. (might I add, Stephen called me 2 hours before we arrived and failed to mention that the reason we were driving 3 hours just sold)The finance manager tried to talk us into a more expensive vehicle and was extremely arrogant and rude when we declined. We were treated very poorly and lied to. All this to say, I will never again visit a David Stanley dealership. More

I went in to start looking for a new truck. First my parents and I showed up. They addressed my dad. Then he directed them to me. They asked me what I was looking for. Took me out to the lot. I looked at a few trucks but not once did they offer to open one that might fill my needs. Then they got another sales person and took me to another lot, again did not open a vehicle. Mind you I am not picky on color, and I didn't require anything too fancy. I wanted a four door dodge with towing capacity. 5.7 liter/hemi. I was asking about the radio advertised incentives, was told that there would only be a minimal amount taken off. Asked me what I wanted for my trade. Still no answer on what a vehicle would cost me. No test drive, and no opening a vehicle to let me see inside one. I was waiting on my credit union for financing. However, I went back to a dealer that I had business with before, not only did they talk to me about differences, they opened them up, let me take a test drive, ok then I was all in. They even helped me go through other financing for the best deal for me. Yes I bought from the other dealer the same day. Upon leaving David Stanley they asked for my information, I wouldn't give it I knew I wouldn't be back. Look, I am a single woman, who has horses to pull, and wanted more seating capacity than what I already had and I was the buyer, I was willing to give them a chance to sell me. But when I didn't have the opportunity to not only open a door and sit in one much less test drive one. Or give me even an idea of numbers I was looking at why should I buy from them. More

I did not believe it was possible, but I just purchased a car hassel free. I did not have the time to spend a a dealership, so I made contact over the internet. He worked with me to find the correct car, complete the basic financials and set up a appointment. On a Saturday morning I met Jason and we found the car of my wifes dream. We were able to come up to a agreed upon price quickly and without a lot of barter. Ten minutes later I was in finance signing on the bottom line. AFter all the paperwork was complete Shala met with me to discuss my purchase and to ensure I was familiar with my car. Both JAson and Shala worked together to make this experience a rewarding purchase. More
