Bought a 2011 Dodge Ram SLT at this dealership in Nov 2011, with the amount of driving I do I have to change the oil and service it more than a typical vehicle. The service department, more specifically Luke Steagall the Express Lane Manager, has been extremely helpful and accommodating. You always hear horror stories about people taking their vehicles into a dealership to be serviced and it taking literally all day for a simple service, I have not ran into this with this dealership or this service department. Each time I go in I am met with very happy and accommodating people. Luke has helped me the last two times I have had to go in and has went out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. I have been more than pleased with the service!
