Mike Vance was great and was willing to go the extra mile in making sure my buying experience was a good one. He came in on his day off just to make sure the detail work was good. The only complaint was that the service department told me that the touch up detail would take an hour and a half but it ended up taking 7 hours, but I think there was just some mixed messages between departments involved. But despite this Mike Vance and the other employees made sure that I was taken care of while waiting for my car and that the experience was a pleasant one. Sales people good, but hard to get a call back from, they were always bus. In Used the Finance and the Sales manager not very good. The Sales Manager and the finance person in used (sorry I cannot remember their name) wanted me to turn a vehicle in (voluntary Repossession) just so I could purchase the vehicle I was looking at. The tactics were very high pressure, and in my opinion regardless of motive they just wanted us to drive away in a vehicle from them. Once there I spent more time waiting than anything else. Total between the new and the used departments I wasted TWO hole evenings (starting at about 5 pm till close to 10 pm) trying to purchase a vehicle. The first night was the new department. They were advertising 15,000 cash back on new Trucks, and I called and spoke with people (Jason being the main one) verified the cash back and let them know my situation. Sam my new salesmen was nice, but very busy. We spend most of the night waiting to hear something. When asked about the rebate, I never really got a straight answer on it, and was refereed to the use department, then the above happened after a whole evening of waiting for " the right vehicle". I've bought many vehicles in my life at many different places, but I guess since I did not have great credit I was treated very differently, almost like an annoyance and not a valued customer. Will not recommend anyone to them, when I'm looking for another car they will not even be on my list of places to look. More

He was very knowledgeable about all the cars and was able to effectively answer every question and explain all the features to me. Upon arrive and finding the vehicle, Austin who introduced himself as a manager changed the rules. My experience with you was great, my experience with Sean Brackett was also great. I will be purchasing a new Chrysler 300 M soon, but I will certainly not be dealing with Austin. Jim and I really like the truck and are thankful we work with you and Sean Brackett. I will be recommending your dealership to my peronal and business collegues. But on another note, it took us 7 hours to complete this transaction. We arrived at 12:30, had found the vehicle by 2 and didn't complete the process until after 7:pm. That was absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Especially since it was a Wednesday. I have been in business for several years and the overall rating I would give is 3.5 out of 5. You and Sean were the best part of our experience. Please call me as soon as you can so we call set up the Sirus satelite connect to the truck. More
