Out of state buyer, showed up to get the car and the windshield was broken. Saw pictures of the car and had the salesman send me a video of the car before agreeing to buy it, flew in to pick up the car windshield was broken. One of the used car managers tried to tell me to turn it into my auto insurance and get a "free" windshield (so basically wanted me to commit insurance fraud) they then proceeded to tell me that they weren't sure if the windshield was broken or not when I agreed to purchase the car (it wasn't). All they wanted to do was give me $200 off the price of the car. New windshield and re-calibration is easily around $1000. We completely felt like they were hiding something and not being up front and honest. More
Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and professional. They were easy to work with and made buying the truck I wanted a good experience, something I've not gotten from other dealerships tha professional. They were upfront about pricing and quickly got me an out the door price when I requested it. They also worked with me on pricing, payments and the down payment. One of the worst dealership experiences. Set up an appointment for noon to look at a vehicle and was told that morning it was available.
