Tre came highly recommended by a close friend & did not disappoint. He showed us the cars we were interested in. He even had to move 3 other cars on the overflow lot to get one of our cars. I scheduled an appointment to come look at a car. When I arrived the sales man that I spoke to on the phone informed me he had office work to do so someone else would be taking care of me. After driving the car I noticed a large hole in the rear bumper. When I asked about it, no one could give me an answer on how it happened. When I asked the price no one could tell me what it was listed for. They have zero knowledge on the car. They told me I should know what the price was as the customer. I was given an outrageously low offer on my trade in and told I should take my car and sell it for a million dollars somewhere else. I ended up loving the car I went to look at and was very interested in buying it but was told to come back when I sell my car. Extremely rude and disrespectful management. I walked out because I refuse to buy a car from this dealership. More
Second and last time to fall victim to a bait-and-switch scheme with this dealership. We were twice assured that vehicles were available for sale before traveling to the dealership only to be given a sales scheme with this dealership. We were twice assured that vehicles were available for sale before traveling to the dealership only to be given a sales pitch by the manager to purchase the new and more expensive model. In both cases, the sales people acted blind to the scheme. The vehicles were on the lot and registered as "for sale" in the inventory system, but magically had deposits placed on them recently and were actually unavailable for sale. We were then encouraged to look at new models. Sleazy. This is where negative stereotypes come from. Two lost sales and will never return or recommend this dealership. More

Terrible experience. Classic bait and switch. The salesman called and texted me until I made the trip. He assured me that the vehicle was there. Of course it wasn’t and a Classic bait and switch. I could not speak more lowly about a dealership than I could about David Stanley CDJR. I spoke to roughly 9 people across my two visits and several phone calls, etc. with their team, all about the same ca could about David Stanley CDJR. I spoke to roughly 9 people across my two visits and several phone calls, etc. with their team, all about the same car. No one was able to offer me any even surface-level information, no one could give details on an accident the vehicle was in, and I was lied to about my qualifications for financing and offered sky high terms and APR. The more senior management either tried to bully or coerce me into terms I was uncomfortable with, or tried to excuse and displace responsibility for poor treatment of customers. I spoke to senior management for 30 minutes discussing a vehicle that had already been sold, because they didn't bother to check it's availability in the several hours between my call and my visit. If I see a vehicle in my price-range, no matter how good it is, I do not even consider purchasing it because it is not worth it to me to take another trip to this establishment. Stunningly poor management, anti-consumer practices, and a chronic inability to accept responsibility from top to bottom. More
