Express lane was awesome...I cant remember the young mans name (my apologies)...Luke perhaps (in the Air force reserves I think). Anyhow he was A GREAT HELP TO ME. First I showed up with my 2011 challeng name (my apologies)...Luke perhaps (in the Air force reserves I think). Anyhow he was A GREAT HELP TO ME. First I showed up with my 2011 challenger and he was able to get my my car in rather quickly. I'm very picky about my car. I stood around and watched the service techicians do their thing. I could tell they were very professional. I spoke with them for a bit and they were very curtious and respectful. I appreciated that. After the work was completed the my service writer took care of everything and I was on the road. AWESOME! After an hour or so I was driving my RAM 1500 towards town and relized it was due service also. I contacted "Luke" and asked what are the chances of getting in today. He said, "bring it by and we'll get you taken care of no problem." I arrived...again the express service was great. Overall the express lane service was awesome. I really feel bad I dont recall his name, but he certainly left an impression on me. He's an upstanding young man. You can tell him I appreciate his work ethics and service to the country. The saleman and the finance department worked well with us and we were able to come to an agreement that was good for all. Luke was VERY informative about my maintenance schedule and got me on the right track. He greeted me at my truck imediatley, he had my car up on the lift before I even sat down in the waiting area; where h and got me on the right track. This dealership and its employees are some of the best around. This was a great experience for me. Buying a car is not always fun and definitely has it's annoyances. But with that said, the team at David Stanley Dodge went out of their way to make us feel like we were important and our needs mattered. We initially bought a truck. then a day later, after i went online and researched, we found out there was a better "fit" for us if we had the crew cab instead of quad. this was our first truck and we did not make an informed decision. i took a chance and called them to see if i could come "swap" out my quad for a crew. i didn't expect much help since they had already made the initial sale. but they could not have been more accomodating....even when the issue was in large part to our indecision. Justin Hammett helped me get the second truck purchase rolling. Jason Murphy took it from there and helped bring it on home. Carlos Machado was great both times we were looking for cars. All of these guys were great to work with and deserve a great review. Well done guys and we'll be coming back to you for our future car needs! More
