Quick process. The salesman and finance persons were very knowledgable. The negotiation process is tiring and to long. Also it's a shame they don't give the customer a full tank of gas. Trent was horrible. He treated us like he didn't care if we were there or not. He would not deal with us at all. We made an offer on the car. Then AFTER we left on Friday on Monday I get a phone call from a "Mr. Smith" asking how they 'missed our business'. I told him in no uncertain terms. I told him Trent was a buffoon. Guess what? It was just a sales guy from there- had me on speakerphone and Trent didn't like what I was saying and picked up and started to argue with me. NO ONE should ever buy a car from this company.
