Terry was very knowledgable about the pickups we were asking about. Like the differences between the 2500 and the 1500. He was able to inform us of the towing capabilities of each pickup. They picked me up from the airport in my new car and delivered me to the dealership. They knew I had a long drive back to Austin so they did not waste my time and got me fixed up in record time. In addition I found that when I looked over all of the paperwork, I was looking at everything that had been promised, without any surprise charges.
