My husband and I have been searching for the perfect vehicle for quite a while. And the first introduction was the deciding factor on where we decided to buy our vehicle. From the first time Shane Romee introduced himself to us, we new that we would be buying a vehicle from him. His customer service was outstanding. It really is hard to find people who love their job and really care about their customers. Shane was all about how to make us happy and went above and beyound to see that we found the perfect vehicle. We also got the pleasure of working with Shawn Archer who is also an outstanding customer service representative. Both gentlemen were very polite, which is a plus. My husband and I really love our new vehicle. We will definately be going back for our next vehicle. More
My experience with David Stanley Dodge used auto store was great. My husband and I worked with Brenda Crain to find a vehicle to fit our very specific needs. I had,had a bad experience at the Joe Cooper ford dealership when I took my 2000 Ford explorer in to be repaired,Chad Brown was the service manager.He made us feel like we had no business at his department with our older model ford,Like we didn't have enough money to be in his presence!So I decided right then and there to buy from David Stanley,when I pulled into David Stanley,Josh Simpson was the first person who greeted us,he was very respectful and treated us like royalty.He was very patient with us as this was our first new car buying experience. I have been a loyal Ford fan since I started Driving but all I could afford was secondhand Fords,so when Chad Brown treated us like secondhand citizens at the Joe Cooper Ford Dealership,I decided I would never Buy a Ford product again,new or used! I will remain a David Stanley Dodge fan from now on. More

This is by far the WORST car buying experience that I have ever had!!! To start off, I was at the dealership for 6 hours. I had other plans that day and they got canceled do to their lack of time managem have ever had!!! To start off, I was at the dealership for 6 hours. I had other plans that day and they got canceled do to their lack of time management. I also had a 5 month old baby with me. They weren't happy with the fact that I wouldn't pay through the roof for a USED car. They also told me that while I was doing all the financial paperwork that they would take the vehicle and have it detailed...this was not done. Nor was any gas put in the tank. We drove all the way from Enid OK, a two hour drive and they couldn't even put gas in the tank we were left with 1/4 tank. Then while doing the paperwork we found out that Wells Fargo, the company that they must be BUDDY BUDDY with was doing the financing at an interest rate of over 10%!!!!! That is insane!!! So I told them I had been preapproved for a loan elsewhere for a way lower rate. Ricky (the finance guy,who doesn't like to return phone calls) said that he would hold onto the paperwork until I got in contact with the other bank and sent them a check to finance it through them. Well of course this was not done. They did send everything through to Wells Fargo. In the mean time interest was being added onto the loan, so to my surprise when I went to refinance it through my other company it was 100 dollars more added on!!! I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and have bought many cars and never have I been treated this way. We also felt that because we were buying a USED car we were treated as a lesser class. We are in the military and we know a lot of people around Enid and in Oklahoma City and we have told EVERYONE about our HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. Then of course because there aren't too many Dodge dealerships around we had friends go the weekend after we did to this dealership and they had the same experience. They walked away being more angry than excited about their vehicle. This is NOT a way to run a bussiness. Word of mouth is HUGE in running a business and this dealership has two couples in the last two weeks that have walked away VERY angry. DO NOT BUY A CAR THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More

When I arrived at David Stanley Jeep I was meet at the door and taken to my Sales Rep. Richard McGlothin. Richard was very helpful and professional. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and with confidence. I truly appreciate the courtesy given to me and my family during this buying experience.
