This very nice young man meet me as I was going in, told him why I was there, we took one for a drive James Richardson was very kind and knowledgable answered all my questions. Made me feel like he really cared. It was a very good thing. After returning I saw another young man Jason Murphy who is also a very nice kind caring, concerned person I meet in 08 when I came in to see if I had won a car. I didn't win the car, but won a whole lot more. At the time I was driving an older Chrysler Lebaron convertable, the back window had fallen in and it had rained there was a pond in the front passanger floorboard. I was paid for had a lot of miles on it, but it still ran good. Jason the kind caring person he is talked with me, showed me some used cars there was a 06 Tarus sel with hail damage and only 50 thousand mile a very good car, the the hail damage didn't bother me ( I thought to myself I can't aford this one )the main thing was the mechanical part that counts the most. Jason worked with me got the payments down so I would be able to make them, and just like in 08 Jason worked it out again. Yes Jason is definately a man of his word. Thanks to James Richardson for showing me all the cars and truck. He is deffinately a keeper, on his way to being another Jason great job. Blake Durham who also worked with this to get it thru great job too. Jason Murphy the man who started it all awsome job. Here is the biggest thing of all I'm now driving 2011 Chrysler 200 touring thanks to all of the people who cared enough to work with and get the paymnent to meet my needs. This took place on 6-16-11 and yes it was driven right off the showroom floor only 25 mile. I still feel like I'm dreaming, I've always had used cars in my past and this is my first new car at my age 68 it will last me the rest of my life. I always took the Tarus back to David Stanley Chrysler Jeep ( where it was purchased) to get my regular matinance etc. done and John Gatlin is always nice kind and helpful too. I will do the same with this new one too. I will always be thankful for all you have done and continue to do for me. I would recomend you to anyone. Great Job Guys Keep It Up!!! Had a very pleasent buying experience. the sale person was very helpful and the sale manager worked with me to make the deal happen. The final person in the process was the finance person and her was ab was very helpful and the sale manager worked with me to make the deal happen. The final person in the process was the finance person and her was able to make that process zip by without any delays and was very exprienced in the paperwork and etc. The next day the service manger was able to strighten out an old issue and overall made things happenm when others said it coundn't be done. The dealership did a great job in taking care of my needs and my sales person (Brock) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trucks he was showing me. Although I didn't get the truck I really wanted I and my sales person (Brock) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trucks he was showing me. 2011 Dodge Ram 1500, I had a NAV system issue with my vehicle and I mentioned it when taking my truck in for other maintenance. John Gatlin was my service representative and a new part was put on order. The following day a follow-up call from John informed me the part was on hand and available for immediate installation. I stopped by the dealership without an appointment and was promptly taken care of. My NAV problem was cured and the vehicle ready to go. This dealership has provided all my service requirements since ownership (normal oil changes/tire rotations) and I've always been treated by professionals. Overall, a great experience! More

I had a problem with a dealership swapping out the model of my Dodge Journey here locally in Amarillo. The reason I purchased a new vehicle was because I needed room for more children as we are adopting. of my Dodge Journey here locally in Amarillo. The reason I purchased a new vehicle was because I needed room for more children as we are adopting. The Journey I drove had a third row seat...after signing I drove off in the same color and almost identical interior. It was until I needed that back seat out of compartment a couple months later that I realized what had happened. I took it back and they said they could not do anything. I had a friend that worked with David Stanley Dodge and with Mr. Ward. I contacted them Friday morning, and by the next day (Saturday evening), they delivered my new vehicle to me in Amarillo and took the Journey off my hands. Remarkable people!! Thank you!! More
Was told by Shane Romee that he would be there at 6 but he had gone home. They were running an add for $12,000 off new trucks. Add ran on Sunday and Monday. When we arrived Monday, we were told they wer he had gone home. They were running an add for $12,000 off new trucks. Add ran on Sunday and Monday. When we arrived Monday, we were told they were not honoring their own commercial add on TV, and would not even talk to us. Basically acted like they were not the least bit interested in selling a car. Will never do business with them. More
