Overall we had a good experience. The only thing that I can really say that could have been improved upon was that after we bought the vehicle, it would have been nice if someone would have went through so can really say that could have been improved upon was that after we bought the vehicle, it would have been nice if someone would have went through some of the vehicle features with me. I had a hard time figuring out the lights! I went from a 98 Chevy truck that I bought new in 98 with manual "everything" to a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that has more features and buttons than I knew what to do with. So I could have used a thorough run through on some of the buttons. Paul the finance guy was really awesome and super informative. He even shared with us some of his personal trail experiences! Austin drives a hard bargain but I respect his game. He was very versed on all aspects of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. Jeremy was extremely honest and helpful as well. More

We visited David Stanley Dodge in Midwest City, Ok and was totally blessed with the introduction of Dustin and James. We had our 3 year old grandson Adam with us and not just one but both Dustin and James welcomed him as much as us! My wife went to look at the 2011 Dodge Nitro with Dustin while James and I went to look at the 2011 Dodge Outdoormans trk package with little Adam. While I was looking over the truck and asking questions to James -- he was entertaining little Adam at the same time! What a muilti-tasker! I of course said this is my truck now and proceeded to the office. My wife did pick the Nitro as we both thought before. While we were doing all that paperwork that we just can't avoid -- they took little Adam and made him feel like he was buying! In fact they gave little Adam a toy gun to go home with!The whole experance of these two purschaces was the best we have had in our life of buying cars anywhere! And we have been married 30 years in two days from this writing! So as you can tell .. we have bought a few together! I am telling everyone that gets the pleasure of reading this .... from the time arrived early to my appointment i was greeted by several people.The names listed were just the few names I can remember. Even though my vehicle was not a dodge they had a great price on greeted by several people.The names listed were just the few names I can remember. Even though my vehicle was not a dodge they had a great price on my oil change for my Ford and only did what I asked!(They beat the other dealer by 20 dollars and got me in the next day instaed of 2 weeks!) I was told it would only take around a hour so I went down the street with my wife to look for a few items.I was back at the dealer 20 minutes early and was just wondering around the show room when Dan Payne who was passing thru saw me and informed me my truck was done.Wow that was fast and a very good deal. This is not the first time I have had great service and I am sure it wont be the last!!! More

Jason Valentine is the best car sales man I have ever encountered. But this place made what could have been a great and easy deal the most drawn out painful process I have ever been through. Jason took me to see every car on the lot that fit what we were looking for. I went to buy used and he showed us we had a better buy in a new vehicle. BUYER BE WARNED. Though Jason was awesome and got us setup with a price that was reasonable their financing and management all need to be looked at!! First meeting they drug on from 10pm to 12:30am to try to make a deal. They couldn't make anything work on the spot and told me we needed to refinance the car after buying it (when we put more than half of the price down) with a much higher monthly payment. They had a manager and the finance guy in the office telling me that I needed to do this deal after telling them "NO" 4 times they finally moved out of the doorway and I walked out. SECOND DAY Jason took ownership of the issue. I was told the part owner got involved and they got the car with all the options that we wanted on it in the color I wanted at a cheaper price (though they told me there was none in the area and would have to haul one from TX in the first meeting!!!). Told it would all be in paper an ready to go. Drove out there again and they held me from 6pm to 8:45pm before we even started paperwork!!! The reason that I was told there was a delay is that they had someone get angry and caused a incident in the financing department (Go figure). THIRD DAY after we worked all the issues out they wouldn't take our wire transfer and took another 4 hours playing phone tag to get it resolved on the third day. Again had to get Jason involved to come to an agreement here as well because the management/finance team wouldn't answer or return phone calls at times set in the voicemails. All in all, if you want to buy here talk to Jason but I would be prepared for a fight with the financing team/management and ask him to be involved if you plan on getting the deal you actually signed up for. This Dealer also does not compensate for time wasted, mishaps, and/or inappropriate behavior with their customers. More
