Nick was very wonderful. Very respectfull and polite. My wife and I would refer customers to Nick. However we would not recommend Stanley to anyone because of false advertisement. I purchased a car on jan 24th. i was basically just looking for something newer to ride in and i got it the same day even though i couldnt pay that same day. I have been to several dealerships over the years and I have to say this is the best one I have been to. Victor was a great salesperson. I had just bought from a ford store and the finance guy was very errogant telling me what I could and couldn't do. Overall, our experience was fun, relaxing and it was actually enjoyable to spend the money to purchase our new Dodge Charger. At my suggestion my brother left another dealer that he was unhappy with it, and he and I drove to David Stanley Dodge. We arrived and said what he wanted. They came out with a piece of paper showing the was unhappy with it, and he and I drove to David Stanley Dodge. We arrived and said what he wanted. They came out with a piece of paper showing they had found the exact jeep he wanted. It would arrive within the week. They did some paperwork, deal looked done. Two weeks later no jeep, and any communication had been me calling them. After a few phone calls that seemed a little "run around" I called and spoke with a gentlemen named Dustin. He seemed like a nice guy, what I basically got out of the call was that they couldn't find the Jeep we had asked for. Apparently they never had it, they just said that to make a deal. Then if they did and it fell through (I am assuming this is what they would say) then they should have called, they should have communicated. You don't have to be deceiving or dishonest. Say you will try and find it and call us if you can. Don't say it is a done deal just to try and get someone to sign some paperwork that won't matter anyway. It seemed like an effort to make someone feel like they are obligated, get them on the hook in a sense. He is smarter than to think that any of that matters until you had a car on the lot and signed completed paperwork. Their is a reason people say that someone seems like a "car dealer" as a reference to being fake and conniving, and it is because of people like this. More

They are misleading on the sales price. The salesperson lied about the price of the vehicle claiming I would be getting the internet special. Worst part was not that I didn't get the internet special but lied about the price of the vehicle claiming I would be getting the internet special. The price for the vehicle went up almost three thousand dollars by the time I was in the finance office. Stay away from these guys they are scam artist are best! More

The overall experience was fine, on the phone it was stated that you could get me in the car with the same payments. The payments are higher than what I had, but the downpayment was lower that the firs stated that you could get me in the car with the same payments. I just hope that when I return as an owner, I will receive the same treatment as when I was looking to buy. Time will tell. More
