Friendly Staff The staff was very friendly and helpful. You could tell that they are a popular car dealership due to the amount of customers. Overall it was a good e The staff was very friendly and helpful. You could tell that they are a popular car dealership due to the amount of customers. Overall it was a good experience. The only negative that I would have is that there was a lot of wait time while waiting for the financial part (mostly due to the large amount of traffic) so it's understandable. However, I do feel like when we met with the staff it was very rushed and some key information was left out that I had to request such as the actual price of the vehicle / cost sheet since apparently the price online was including value for a trade in or other incentives that made the actual price higher than anticipated. All this aside they were able to offer a very competitive interest rate compared to the other financial institutes that I had checked with. I would recommend this dealership, but would suggest trying to find a time during the week when they are not as busy as they are on the weekends. More

Advertise a car, but that car isn't available, or there is subtle wording that negates any benefit to the consumer. Won't disclose details of the deal they are offering (like interest rate or the actual price of the vehicle you're buying). For those of us who remember Lynn Hickey Dodge, they'll know what I'm talking about. I'll never set foot in a David Stanley dealership of any kind ever again and I tell everyone I consider a friend the same thing. More

Fast and Friendly I had the greatest service employee in the service department ( Dillon Clemmons ). He was very polite and explained everything to me on what would be done and approximately how long it would take, he texted me to keep me posted on where they were at on the repair. I had a repair that was not covered by my warranty and I was short on cash and he told me to get in touch with DigniFi to see if I could finance the repair and I did and was able to get my vehicle back that day. I will continue to go there as long as the employees are like him. Thanks More
