Jason H., the salesman was extremely friendly, though. We appreciated his customer service since the service from his manager was so lacking. They also had done service on the vehicle, but could not tell us what service was done. Not a great buying experience. Definitely won't be back. Just be super careful if you're planning to buy from here and stand your ground when negotiating. Don't let them try to get you for $2.5 k over asking price in fees. The service at the other dealership was still good, but the service here was exceptional. They communicated well and often, which gave me reassurance and peace of mind. They kept me up to date on every step of the process in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. I will definitely be taking my Jeep back to this location for all future services, despite it being further away from my home. More
