Racist experience Dropped off a vehicle today at 11am. Was told the shuttle driver would available in 5 minutes. I saw the shuttle driver walk in the waiting room and l Dropped off a vehicle today at 11am. Was told the shuttle driver would available in 5 minutes. I saw the shuttle driver walk in the waiting room and leave, when I went to check on the status of the shuttle I was told “the shuttle was no longer there and would be back shortly”. Hmmm ok, he never made an announcement or asked anyone in the waiting room if they were waiting for a ride. Now I’m 30 minutes in and decide to continue to wait instead of calling a co-worker to come pick me up because the wait would be about the same amount of time. Shuttle driver returns, asks the customers in waiting room if anyone was waiting for a ride (why he didn’t do that the 1st time is baffling). I respond. He asks if another guest can ride. I have no issues with that until the “shuttle” turns out to be a 5 passenger vehicle for 6 passengers. Instead of asking the 5 white passengers to wait (because I’ve aready been waiting for an hour now after being told 5 minutes and they arrived after me). The shuttle driver (Rafael) tells me he’s going to run them to their destination and come back to get me. I proceed to the service department, let the service representative know the situation and get the vehicle back. I informed Jeremy, the assistant manager, of the issue and all he did was make excuses for Rafael. Stating “well maybe he didn’t know you were waiting” and I clearly informed Jeremy that Rafael did know I was waiting. “Sounds like there was a communication issue with the service techs and Rafael”. Basically Jeremy didn’t have an issue with 2 other customers of lighter complexion being placed in front of me during their shuttle services. I will never come here again and I’m going to be sure to share this racist experience everywhere!! More

Great customer service I called needing to get my car serviced. The had an opening that day. I drove me car up to get serviced, with the help Katelyn I was able to get back I called needing to get my car serviced. The had an opening that day. I drove me car up to get serviced, with the help Katelyn I was able to get back to work and they picked me up on time when my car was finished. The service was so quick i should have just waited with my car. They had me taken care of in 45 minutes. More
