Purchased New vehicle and it has had problems from day one and they won't own up to the problem or offer a reso DON'T BUY FROM DAVID STANLEY CDJR.... Purchased New vehicle and it has had problems from day one and they won't own up to the problem or offer a resolution. My first issue was they took almost 2hrs to find the Jeep I set up an appointment to test drive. So much for the appointment with an internet sales person that isn't there when you arrive. "Oh I work with that person". Dead battery to start should have made me walk out but it was the Jeep I wanted and they got it started quickly after the 2hr safari hunt on the offsite lots. I did make the purchase and drove it for 3 days but had to take it back to get an alert light addressed with the auto engine on/off feature. They had it for 2hrs and said it was fixed. We started the vehicle up and guess what...the alert light was still on. Did they even check before walking to get me? They kept it over the weekend until a tech could look at it again on Monday. I called at the end of the business day and they said yeah it's not fixed we can't determine what's wrong with it. Its has now been there for 8 days without a single phone call on the status. I had to call them myself every day to ask about it. Still no resolution on how to fix a 3 DAY OLD BRAND NEW JEEP that had 15miles on it... that's just crazy. Called the sales manager to get resolution on swapping out the vehicle as this one obviously has issues. He told me I could trade it in on a new one but couldn't give me what I paid for it because it was now considered USED. WOW!!! THANKS FOR HELPING ME OUT! Why not make this bad situation right? So now I get to tell everyone I know how bad they are vs telling everyone how they took care of my issue like a champ. No free positive press from me just all bad for the rest of my life. If this review gets one person to change their mind and not purchase from this dealership then that's once person saved from a potential nightmare if you happen to be one that gets a vehicle with an issue. More
