Decent service visit While the wait was a bit longer than expected, it wasn’t too bad. Everyone was kind and nice. Staff was very friendly I really liked everything except the time it took to test drive the cars! We waited way to long! It could have saved us at least an hour or two. Horrible experience!!! My number 7737667578 DONT TRUST THIS PEOPLE!! I recently purchased a ram 3500 paying 40k for it cash. I came all the way from Illinois and I requested from the advisers to DONT TRUST THIS PEOPLE!! I recently purchased a ram 3500 paying 40k for it cash. I came all the way from Illinois and I requested from the advisers to take care of the truck because one of the tail lights was not properly mounted. When I came on Saturday nothing was done on the truck. So after wasting one hour back and forth I end up buying an other truck but did not have enough time to test drive it. After I start driving the truck after a while I noticed that the steering wheel is not straight so it means that the brand new truck needed a tire alignment. So I did not come back to Oklahoma 200 miles I kept driving. Monday I called my adviser (Kaitlin) in order to report the issue on the new truck. She told me that the truck is under my responsibility and they will not repair anything or if I wan a tire rotation I have to come back 800 miles to Oklahoma to fix it, knowing that I will not drive back for a tire rotation. I asked her to speak with the manager and to call me back. She NEVER called me back!!! I mean you purchase 40k truck with cash, and they don't wan to fix a problem on a brand new truck that will cost them 200$. Do you think you should trust this people??? More
