Awesome Experience Kris Kennedy was our salesman and he was awesome! He knows cars inside and out and all names and models. He was able to answer all questions about each of them and when we asked about the ford explore he and his manager made arrangements with David Stanley Ford down the road to go test drive one. We like both the ford explorer and the jeep grand Cherokee the seating in the grand Cherokee was a little bit better for my husband’s back so it’s what we went with. I usually hate looking at and buying new cars BUT I have to say this experience was the best we’ve ever had! Nice and friendly but not pushy and insistent; didn’t try push us into something we didn’t want and let us take our time. Cody Waddle was the salesman at David Stanley Ford he was just as friendly and knowledgeable and Kris. We Test drove and talked about the ford explorer we even had a deal on the table. Rob Stanley stopped to talk to us, went on a test drive with my husband, and was very personable. We were on the fence between the 2 SUVs and chose the jeep only because it was a bit better on his back then the explorer. Both have a nice smooth ride, both places have very friendly knowledgeable salesmen and neither place is pushy. They want you to take your time and make the decision that’s right for you hoping you go with them but are OK if you go with the other. More

Run for the Hills!!!! This is a complaint against David Stanley Dodge as I am an unsatified customer. I was there to purchase a new vehicle where the salesperson Melanie ca This is a complaint against David Stanley Dodge as I am an unsatified customer. I was there to purchase a new vehicle where the salesperson Melanie came and asked me if I was interested in the new Dodge and then brought in Finance manager Jason Murphy... I was asked if I had a co-signer and told they would give my co-signed $1000 to co-sign on my loan. The conversation comes up about TTL and Jason, the finance manager says to me "I'll take care of it", so I sign the paperwork and wasn't given a copy. The copy comes in the mail and the check for the co- signer was in there, but no check for TTL. I call and ask Jason Murphy about the check and he says to me, "isn't it in there with the paperwork?" I say no to him and he wanted to check on it, calls me back after he realized they made a mistake and sales me the story of he didn't say that he would take care of it. I ask " well if you didn't say that, why would you think the check was in the paperwork for the TTL? I couldn't believe that this had happened after I thought I could really trust them. I guess they say anything to get you in the door and after they push the papers really fast to be signed, then you are the dummy that they have hooked!!! It's really sad because I had sent a few ppl there before I found out this and now I make it a mission to turn everyone I can away from them!!! I can't believe that there are really people who prey on people just to make a buck and screw them. Wonder how they sleep at night? I guess good after a good f.... of a nieve customer! Again, Anthony was very helpful and gave us options that other dealerships didn't. He was patient and very nice/professional. We found a Jeep Compass that I fell in love with. I'm so pleased with our purchase and would go back again. Only issue i had was with finance. Simple mistake with paperwork, but other than that it was a good experience. More
