THE worst car purchasing experience.. This may have been the last vehicle purchased from this dealer. The initial visit in june was not good, but I chose to try again. But every contact with David stanley ford reminded me of dealing with frenetic fast food restaurant! From dealing with the ridiculous sharks at the front door to nonresponsive/unreturned phone calls. Every status I have was from ME calling to ask! The ONLY person that treated me with any courtesy and respect was James Wade. The others acted like the slimy salesperson that all associate with car salesmen. Your process is in dire need of improvement, in particular in your treatment of customers. More

Stormy Weant came out and immediately welcomed us, and took us straight to what we were looking for. After not being completely satisfied with the room in the car we test drove, he took us to the Ford Escapes. They weren't really that much more expensive and we decided that the Escape was the car for us! We were upside down in our trade in. They stuck by us and worked until they got us a great deal! When it's time to trade this in, we will definitely go back! More

Derek was great, he made sure that customer satisfaction was foremost in maintaining the sale. Matt from Finance, was very easy to work with. He ensured that everything was taken care of when it came to the finance portion. He made sure that we understood the warranty agreement, the TTL, and answered any other questions we had. Lea was amazing. I let her know what I wanted and she made it happen. She delivered my car to me at Fort Sill when it was ready. Everyone continued the service after delivery. Received a great deal on my vehicle. More

They definately have found a staff that is hard to top. Just loved the real honesty of David Stanley Ford of Midwest City from the whole team starting with salesman Alexandra to James Wade in finance and ending with CSI Manager Nonnie.
