ONLY reason they get any star is just because they're the only Mitsubishi Dealer in the state. That said, the sales crew is lazy and unprofessional and will lie and promise anything to make a sale whether or only Mitsubishi Dealer in the state. That said, the sales crew is lazy and unprofessional and will lie and promise anything to make a sale whether or not they can deliver on their promises. They don't even have a good working knowledge of the cars they sell and this is not just the salesmen but all the way up to the managers. Ask to see and drive one car and they'll bait and switch to try to sell you whatever they want to unload off the lot. Service department USED to be good when they first opened but they have different personnel now from advisors to techs and they up-sell repairs you don't need and promise things they also cannot deliver. I've dealt with them for over two years now and I can't say I have anyone there that I can trust for a straight answer or a fair price on anything. Best advise, if you want a Mitsubishi (which is a terrific vehicle), go out of state to buy one. It'll be worth the drive in piece of mind and you won't feel like you need a shower afterward. More
In 2023 I bought an 23 Eclipse Cross in Minnesota. It was an excellent experience. With this vehicle I purchased a life time warranty (Bumper to bumper) At around 10k miles I had a check engine issue It was an excellent experience. With this vehicle I purchased a life time warranty (Bumper to bumper) At around 10k miles I had a check engine issue back here in Ok. Had 2 cylinders go bad. Had engine replaced in Wichita. Also a great experience, though long due to tariffs. FF to Apr 2026. Check engine light on at 49k miles. My OBD reader noted cylinder 4 relay issue. Called David Stanley and explained issue and noted that I was still under 100k warranty as well as a lifetime one. I mentioned that I would need loaner due to being over an hour away. I was told that I would have to pay for a compression test, and any other test they would need to run. Warranty anyone? I was told not covered. I was also told that they have no loaner program, so I would be stranded with no transportation. This was the biggest F U that I have ever had in all of the years I have been buying cars. I went out the next day and bought a new Chevy SUV, and was treated GREAT! Do not use this dealership, as they don't care about manufacturers warranty or their customers More
Update: Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at David Stanley Mitsubishi vs the long list of positive reviews and 4.7 star rating they have. I am happy to say the sales person and GM called to at David Stanley Mitsubishi vs the long list of positive reviews and 4.7 star rating they have. I am happy to say the sales person and GM called to discuss my concerns. In the end, it doesn’t change my experience but I appreciate that they called to talk about it. That shows maturity and ownership. Sales person Caden is young and nice. We bought him donuts. Despite how strongly they promote their ability and desire to take trades even with negative equity, they strongly discouraged taking my car, saying it would make it hard to get me a good deal. I feel it wasn’t that out of even their internet stated amount. If I can figure out how to handle two payments instead of one, then I guess I have a car for my growing kids. They were unwilling to give me back my car keys despite my multiple requests until after I bought a car from them, even when trading it in was no longer part of the equation. They would let me drive away to think about the deal in the car they wanted me to buy, but not mine. I should’ve made a bigger fuss I guess instead of staying polite. For some reason, none of those deal working papers they use and have you sign in the showroom make it to the finance office. The finance manager, who is not present for any of the negotiations and promises, negates promises made in the showroom (rather than do whatever it takes to make sure promises are honored without effect to the customer), and then tells you that you have to buy things you don’t want if the deal is to proceed. We were there 6 hours, and left emotionally, mentally, and physically drained. They didn't clean up the car, give us gas, or fix one of the key fobs, which probably just needs a battery… Mitsubishi has some good people and apparently many have had a much better experience than mine and I am happy for them. Again, I appreciate the phone calls to discuss my concerns. My wife likes the car we bought, but it will most likely be our 1st and last purchase from here. More
01-07-2026. Whole staff are rude and huge liars. From the sales person to the sales manager. Car listed 2020 Honda Pilot listed for $19,900 CASH on Auto trader. Whole staff are rude and huge liars. From the sales person to the sales manager. Car listed 2020 Honda Pilot listed for $19,900 CASH on Auto trader. Spent an hour jacking around with those jokers, and was ready to by the vehicle. we already know the cash price and ready to buy without negotiating. They asked if we were going to finance. WE offered to look at financing if it was a better deal. Well the offered $19,900 if we financed and traded in at least a $3000 value car, or it would be $25,900 if we paid cash. NOWHERE in the ad said ANYTHING about needing a trade and finance the car to get the $19,900 price. the add specifically said $19,900 Cash Price. A bunch of cheating xxxx bags........ from the sales person to the Sales Manager, to everyone else in the dealership. We WILL be going to every agency and association to report there sales tactics, They have no idea who they were tring to screw and wasted our time. More
