I was returning with a follow on issue I do not believe was caused by prior repairs but because it was related to the prior repairs they took care of it at no cost to me. I appreciate the fact that when I showed up, they had the vehicle in stock and did not try to upsell me with any additional services. The price was a little high for the mileage but I did not haggle since K vehicle in stock and did not try to upsell me with any additional services. The price was a little high for the mileage but I did not haggle since Kreg was so great so I would actually give it a 4.5 stars. If the price were a little lower it would be a level rating of 10!!! Made an appointment for an oil change at 930. Asked if I could leave and come back when my car was done. Oil change not completed until late afternoon. I was in formed that dice I left they did it when ever could leave and come back when my car was done. Oil change not completed until late afternoon.
