Tim was great! The first guy I signed papers with was awesome! That last guy I signed with was extremely disrespectful! This man walked into the showroom floor pointed at me and then pointed to his office. As a black man…. Please know that there is serious emphasis on the word MAN! I felt belittled and very very disrespected. I don’t care if he thought he was being cool, he was rude and blatantly disrespectful. I was told I was waiting hours for the car to be washed and detailed. When I received the car the first thing I noticed was the dust on the dashboard. I could’ve found a way to pick the truck up if it wasn’t being cleaned all that time. I would probably come back to David Taylor only because of the great experiences my coworkers have had with you guys. Sadly I have to keep in mind they are not black and probably won’t receive a finger pointing incident. More

I did not end up buying from Nick, but only due to inventory. My experience was excellent, we were in contact for over a month, and he was great to work with and I did not feel pressured or pushed. Nick was knowledgeable, personable, and would have been my preferred salesperson and dealership. Unfortunately, I was looking for very specific options that were very scarce (1 in all the Midwest), and I travelled a bit for the vehicle with the options we wanted and ended up purchasing. All things equal, Nick was my guy! Highly recommend him and David Taylor and will be my first and likely only stop next time I need a new Jeep. More
