I can’t recommend this service department enough. Both last year and this year while I was in town visiting family, my Jeep had issues. Once was a tailgate issue and once I needed a new radiator this Both last year and this year while I was in town visiting family, my Jeep had issues. Once was a tailgate issue and once I needed a new radiator this past week. They were booked up for appointments for the week, but invited me to drop my Jeep off anyway and they would get to it if/when they could. I dropped it off after hours on a Monday evening and had it diagnosed within 2 hours of them opening the next morning and a brand new radiator before the end of the day. Lynn was communicative and very friendly throughout the whole process. Hopefully I won’t have any emergency situations in my Jeep when I visit again next year, but if I do, the only call I will make is to DTJ. More
