I was told I needed a $350.00 battery I got a $169.00 battery for 350 I will not recommend or return to your Dealership, O, they did find a small oil leak on a timing cover $2210.00 to replace the gaske battery for 350 I will not recommend or return to your Dealership, O, they did find a small oil leak on a timing cover $2210.00 to replace the gasket I didn’t think so! Wendy Foster in service is absolutely terrific. She always go above and beyond, is genuinely concerned about your needs and is always ready to help. I unfortunately have had issues with a brand new Jee always go above and beyond, is genuinely concerned about your needs and is always ready to help. I unfortunately have had issues with a brand new Jeep Compass and she always makes sure to listen and gives me her attention. David Taylor managers, Crystal Cannon and Steven (shuttle guy, hope that's right) have been making sure I am being taken care of until Jeep rectifies the situation with my car. I really appreciate all of your help. I loved that truck and it's too bad it has so many issues. I know Crystal is going to make sure I get something that will be more reliable.
