Dealt with Wendy for an issue with my touchscreen on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. It was delaminating at the top, and when you used the defroster and it got warm, it was like someone kept hitting t 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. She verified my extended warranty on 21 Dec when I brought it in, ordered the replacement touchscreen, and I received the call on 27 Dec it was in.
