I wondered into David Taylor Belleville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, looking for an online RAM truck I was pondering, that was reduced in price for a 2021 RAM 1500 Crew Cab Laramie. I was greeted by Jason Kuh Jeep RAM, looking for an online RAM truck I was pondering, that was reduced in price for a 2021 RAM 1500 Crew Cab Laramie. I was greeted by Jason Kuhn and after a little time talking and looking over the Laramie and another RAM, we talked about in coming trucks, that was in transit to the dealership. I ended up going home after giving him my contact information (waiting for a different truck). I no more than got home and started internet surfing again. Long story short, I went back and let them test drive my 200,000 miles Ford F-150 4x4 XLT. Trade value expected and the deal was made. Yes, I went home with my new Laramie in Blue that evening. Then I could not fine the title to the Ford. I called back up and they laughed, saying it happens a lot. They explained how to go about getting a new one and said to just bring it in when it shows up from the State DMV. They were so laid back. No pressure ever about anything. Always talking and joking to make me feel like I should be there. Jason was the best ever. Worked with me the whole time and went over all the truck's technical features and set up phone apps too. He really knows the trucks inside and out. You know, I went in wearing a T-shirt, blue jeans, and old tennis shoes and a hoody and drove up in my old 2006 truck. Zero judgement of me when I walked up talking about trucks I've seen on the internet and looking at one of the higher end RAM 1500's. Speaks volumes to customer care and respect.
