Even though this was some time back, this place is the best I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond what they should do,and the attention they pay to detail is 5 stars! They fixed the problem I best I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond what they should do,and the attention they pay to detail is 5 stars! They fixed the problem I had in no time, and the best part they treat you like you are family That is why they have been in business for almost a hundred years! I have bought parts from there when I could have gone a mile and a half to the local dealer. These folks are 375 miles from me , and I hope to buy my next vehicle there as well. More
Took an hour and a half just to get my oil changed. Nearly 2 hours if you count I showed up early for my appointment. I'll get my oil changed somewhere else from now on. Nearly 2 hours if you count I showed up early for my appointment. I'll get my oil changed somewhere else from now on. More
On our way to a funeral in New Mexico when the van broke down just outside of St. Louis. Oliver C. Joseph said the cost to fix the air conditioner Compressor clutch was 1123.98. We pointed out there was an down just outside of St. Louis. Oliver C. Joseph said the cost to fix the air conditioner Compressor clutch was 1123.98. We pointed out there was an extended warranty on the AC, they said yes but not on this. We asked them to look it over as well. After getting the vehicle back they told us they performed a 26 point courtesy inspection on all of our fluids and brakes. But could not confirm whether or not they fixed the warranty part. A month and a half later our brakes start to fail and I take the van to Midas and we find out that the dealership put power steering fluid in our break fluid. This resulted in a 2300.00 fix, which the shop manager will not talk to me about. To top it all off my air conditioning stop working again- this time due to the warranty part that they never fixed nor checked. We are now 600 miles out of the warranty. So this will cost us another 950.00 to fix. (side note our dealership in Louisville said the compressor clutch failed because the warranty part was bad/leaking and needed to be replaced in the first place.) So Oliver C. Joseph has cost me a lot of money and I hope everyone will stay far far away from this place. We called the Chrysler Customer Care line and the dealership even lied to them on the date we were there, stating we were having our vehicle serviced back in 2009. (This started 4/28/2011) More
My husband and I were very pleased with the fact Bob indicated that we did not need a tune-up. Most service places would have gone forward with the service in order to make $$. What I am not please abo indicated that we did not need a tune-up. Most service places would have gone forward with the service in order to make $$. What I am not please about is the fact I indicated to him that I had trouble starting my car (which he in fact had the same trouble when he moving my vehicle forward) hence the reason I thought it needed a tune-up and I am still having that same trouble now. I will wait a few more days and see if the issue stops since having the sections cleaned out that he recommended to my husband. Mrs. Loveless More
I took my 2010 Dodge Journey in for a routine oil change. I had an appointment for 10:30, but I dropped it off when they opened at 7am. I picked it up at 4pm, when I left work. They managed to NOT change the I had an appointment for 10:30, but I dropped it off when they opened at 7am. I picked it up at 4pm, when I left work. They managed to NOT change the oil and just parked it in a different spot. I had to take it back the next day for them to try again. I have explained malfunctions in multiple areas for months about problems with my NEW car, and because they cannot duplicate it, my concerns are dismissed. When it broke down after 6 months of ownership, they acted as if I was bothering them and gave me attitude about getting a loaner car for the weekend while they fixed min. The sales department is GREAT. The service department is snooty, condescending, and acts as if everyone is an inconvenience on them. If I had not already paid for 3 years of oil changes at the time of my purchase, I would not be going back there for service. I can see why they want you to buy the service package at time of purchase, because they cannot keep customers otherwise. More
