I bring in my 2011 Dodge Caravan van for any repairs, etc. I have always been treated with respect with some humor inserted but that's great. Everyone was really nice and helpful, the service was great. However, I was the only one wearing a mask and I felt really awkward and out of place and being an out of towner I wasn’t sure if it was safe great. First, they gave me loaner truck to drive while my truck was at the dealer. Second, they looked at every details of each problem. Third, after truck was fixed, service advisor Mat called me and explained everything that was performed on my truck. I’m happy to bring my truck in here and i will definitely come back! I highly recommend this CDJR dealership! Also i highly recommend avoid Lou Fusz! More
Had an appointment with all service details listed, took two days to get the service completed. Was told numerous time I would get an update status call and each time I had to call. It is easy to schedule on line for an appointment. They have dedicated parking for express oil change. Someone met me in that area which was convenient.
