No one answers the phone to make an appointment. Called the salesperson to get someone from service to call. Made an appointment for 10:30 am to have oil change. 3500 diesel dually. Left vehicle at 10:00. the salesperson to get someone from service to call. Made an appointment for 10:30 am to have oil change. 3500 diesel dually. Left vehicle at 10:00. Service writer assured me he would call when complete. Had wife drop me off to pick up at 2:30 figured it was done(still no call). Keys were not at the cashier the ticket was not completed. The service writer was sitting in the room right off of the cashier looking at computer. Finally they brought ticket and keys. And y’all have the xxxxx to charge $200.00 for an oil change. More
