Service was fine. Byron was nice. The major issue I have was around the diagnostic charge. In three months we have now been charged 159 each time just confirm what is wrong. I was not happy about either the lack of knowledge about their products or the outright lies. I called ahead to ask about a diesel truck and was told that it wasn’t a diesel. The next day, the salesman told me that I couldn’t get a diesel truck with good towing and good MPG so I may as well buy the gas vehicle that they had on the lot. I researched and found several diesels online with large towing capabilities that the sticker shows as having the same exact MPG rating as the lesser towing capacity diesels. It is hard to trust people like that. More
