Hello Debbie, I appreciate your response and interest in speaking with me about my sales experience. Although I completely understand why you would be interested in discussing my experience in detail, I unfortunately see no tangible benefit to wasting any more time on this matter. The dealership achieved what could only be perceived as its standard albeit short-sighted goal, to sell a vehicle. I see this issue at partly my mistake. Prior to purchasing this vehicle, I was a loyal customer to another dealer that is located down the street from your location that sells a different make. Over the past 12 years, I purchased 8 vehicles for my wife and myself. During that time I also recommended this dealer to my other family members which subsequently resulted in 6or 7 additional sales. I have no interest in speaking poorly about any individual or causing damage to another person. However, I am baffled by my experience and how it did not seem to cause any distress to anyone involved and cannot envision, if not corrected, this dealership being in business the next time I am in the market.
