Rich provided us with seamless service from start to finish. It was really easy, which was probably more important than the specific vehicle itself. The car is exactly what we wanted and came at a goo finish. It was really easy, which was probably more important than the specific vehicle itself. The car is exactly what we wanted and came at a good price. Rich went above and beyond to guide us through the process. We made the purchase from out of state and were able to communicate effectively via calls, texts and an email or two. He also made arrangements with the delivery company which ended up being cheaper that expected. The car runs great and we're excited to take some road trips soon. Highly recommend! More

Was called to ask if my recent service visit was good, even though I had no "recent service visit". When I purchased my vehicle the second key was lost by the dealership. They searched for it for a few da even though I had no "recent service visit". When I purchased my vehicle the second key was lost by the dealership. They searched for it for a few days, then decided to just order a new one. After nearly a month of waiting and checking in weekly, I was just informed the key is on back order, and would need to continue waiting. The reason for the call was due to them just ordering the key, and them mistakenly thinking I had actually been there to get a key, and get it programmed. So when I was informed I was getting a new key a few days after purchasing the vehicle, it was never ordered. When I continued to call and ask about the keys arrival on a weekly basis, it apparently wasn't ordered until about the 4th or 5th call about the key a month later. And likely never would've been ordered had I not been constantly following up and being told someone was supposed to call me that never did. More
