I thought my extended warranty was better Hands free phone system does not work. The car is six years old with 91,000 miles. I never used hands free before but decided it was time to try it. This car has a history of radio/software related issues. An issue with the doors unlocking themselves when walking away from the car has never been solved after many visits over first few years of ownership. The radio has been replaced twice. In fact Chrysler gave me 16 free oil changes far all my trouble. I thought I was getting one of those only to find out there was A four yr expiration on those so I unexpectedly had to pay $60 for that. Checking out the bluetooth issue with the phone would have cost $149. If not covered, then I don’t lnow how much more. I therefore chose not to have it looked at. I would think that with all the softeare issues this car has had Royal Gate would have checked it out and got it working for frer. WRONG More

Poor customer service, Poor over all Service Had a appointment 6PM at 10 Pm they call and say they need the specialist to finish the diagnosis.
