(Wish I could say the same for my dealership) My family and I decided to take a day trip down to St. Louis this past Tuesday and unexpectedly my Ram went into 4th gear(limp mode). Luckily for me, the service department was open til 11pm! Back home they close at 6, so that was a plus! I called them to explain my situation and Casey told me to bring it on in. Finally after getting the truck to the dealership, Casey got my family into a loaner so we could get to the hotel. He was very professional! The next Day I talked to a gentleman named Tyler and he was super friendly and very knowledgeable! He told me he would make it a priority to get my truck done as quickly as possible, to get my truck and family back home! Tyler called me Thursday to let me know that everything was approved through my extended warranty and that they would have my truck done Friday! Friday morning he called to let me know it was ready!! For them to have X amount of vehicles on the lifts when I showed up and to get my truck done in 3 days total says a lot about this dealership and their staff!! Everyone was extremely pleasing to deal with! I highly recommend buying from this dealership as they will treat you right!!! Thanks again to all of the service team at Royal Gate Dodge Ellisville. Concern driving back to Cincinnati, OH after hitting pothole I was in town visiting family and hit a pothole. Shortly after hitting the pothole I heard a loud noise like something was hitting the underside of t I was in town visiting family and hit a pothole. Shortly after hitting the pothole I heard a loud noise like something was hitting the underside of the van. Since I was going to be driving back to Cincinnati a few days later I thought I should get it checked out to be safe. I called Royal Gate service department and was able to get in the on Friday. As soon I got there, I talked to Mike Gebken and explained what happened. He explained what they would look for and what they would do to make sure may van was safe to drive. He made me feel like my issues was the most important job he had to work on. All was fine and I felt very safe on my drive home because of the way Mike took care of my issue.
