It's the people who make the difference. I caught the truck of my dreams out of the corner of my eye and whipped in to Royal Gate. I have been searching for a regular cab, short bed truck for awhile and Royal Gate had it. When it came down to dealing with the dealership Paul Mansker made the difference. I was out of there within an hour and didn't have to go through the "game playing". Paul was knowledgeable with the technology, sinc'd my phone and truck and still makes time (even after the sale) to answer questions. I will be recommending Royal Gate and Paul to anyone looking for service with a smile. I left there with great satisfaction, an oil change and a full tank of gas. I didn't even ask for the extra perks...that's just how Royal Gate rolls. BTW, the truck was priced right and the finance manager was pleasantly friendly. Can't recall his name...I guess that's a good thing. More

Our s Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Everyone we talked with were very kind to us in both of our visits. Our salesman David Smith first talked with us about our vehicle needs, and then he took us straight to a new Silver 2019 Chrysler Touring Plus. He first showed us all of its wonderful features, everything from Stow 'n Go to its built-in Entertainment system features like U-Connect and a fold-down DVD player. He then let us take the minivan out for a test drive without any hesitation, and the minivan gave us a flawless ride. After our test-drive, we discussed vehicle price. We qualified for almost all of their in-house discounts, and also received a good price for our trade-in, namely a Dodge 2005 Grand Caravan, which ran well for us for 13+ years. They even held the 2019 Touring Plus for us for a few days after we put down a reasonable deposit. Regarding our loan, their in-house loan officer Jennifer Fousek was very kind, and clearly explained everything that we needed to know. She also offered us reasonable additional service warranties as well. Before leaving for home in our freshly-washed 2019 Touring Plus, Dave took additional time to make sure that we had a beginning understanding of the steps needed to set up the vehicle with our home garage-door opener. The actual button-pushing details of course were found in car and door opener documentation as it should be. Overall we had a great experience from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. We recommend them, and would gladly buy from them again. More

The service department had arranged for a loaner vehicle and it was ready for me shortly after I had gotten my vehicle checked in and I was on my way. I appreciated that since I had a day full of appointments. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.
