Ignore the problem, pass the blame Made an apt to have the oil changed in my Jeep and also had a loud noise and vibration at low speeds.. asked for the alignment to be checked. Mike, noted "severely chopped" tires, did the oil change and rotated the tires. Got in to leave, exactly the same, if not worse. . Went in, told Mike problem isnt fixed. . Mike said the noise was now in the back since that's where they moved the tires... no. What about the vibration? It was all the tires,and my fault for not rotating every 6k miles, EVEN THOUGH every oil change has been done at Royal gate and I have never even been asked if they could rotate the tires.. way to pass the blame. Took the jeep elsewhere, and issues were fixed! Must be a miracle since the same "severely chopped" tires are still on the Jeep. More

Horrible customer service I purchased a vehicle a few years ago with an extended warranty. Jeff finally called after a few attempts at calling him and told me he would email the form for me to fill out. I never received it and he will not answer my emails. His phone is set up to not take voicemails so I can't leave a message for him to call. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
