Scheduled service took DAYS. My service manager was rude and condescending on multiple occasions about circumstances beyond my control. I made multiple visits to this location ju My service manager was rude and condescending on multiple occasions about circumstances beyond my control. I made multiple visits to this location just to get a duplicate key made. I spent hundreds of dollars on replacement parts that weren’t even broken, only to find out that the door needed wiring. Not sure how that major detail was missed in the multiple times they supposedly looked at the car. I will never bring my vehicle there again. More

I frequently found it challenging to receive a call back when this was proposed to me. There were Numerous occasions where I placed a call to check on status of a particular part being delivered as I needed when this was proposed to me. There were Numerous occasions where I placed a call to check on status of a particular part being delivered as I needed to plan my schedule accordingly and although I was told I would receive a call back, this would not happen and I would have to follow up a few days later. I then found after placing another call that the part had been delivered days prior but I was never notified. The team did high quality work on my vehicle and I was very pleased with that. However, the communication line was less than desired. More
