Poor Customer Care Bought the truck with trade in and cash in Oct. took them 6 weeks to get me my title. Turns out he properly diagnosed the problem and made sure that my extended warranty was used so that I only had to pay the deductible. I was always very satisfied with the service and impressed by the knowledgeable service staff everytime I came in. So yesterday I decided to go to Royal Gate to look at purchasing a new Jeep. Not only was my salesperson, Todd, very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot (which believe me is rare) but he also was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. From the moment I walked in the door I never felt like someone was trying just to sell me a car. I came in with a pretty good idea of the vehicle I wanted but the entire experience was set at my pace. I think I'd have been treated with the same friendliness even if I had not decided to purchase that day. I ended up with a great vehicle at a great price. This was just a great car buying experience and I recommend Royal Gate! More
