Oil and filter change; tire rotation - front to back 1) Was greeted by receptionist who asked what the purpose of my visit. Took the keys and I went to the waiting room. 2) Got myself a cup of delicio 1) Was greeted by receptionist who asked what the purpose of my visit. Chatted with the two ladies at the pickup. 3) Used the Royal Gate internet to conduct some business. 4) Someone came to me about fifteen minutes after I got coffee. Said Oil and filter change was complete. 5) Another 15 minutes I was on my way. The quickest visit I have had at Royal Gate - ever! Excellent experience - everyone was courteous and efficient. More
