My Service Advisor, Tyler Greenwald, worked with me on picking out the tires and the set he suggested I am very pleased with. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I ordered the tires on Saturday and had them installed on Thursday and was in and out of the service department under 3 hours. They did a great job installing them. More
False promisses.. given the run around Was told the tire pressure light was an easy fix.. never taken care of... given very vague excuses for it.... ( 2015 GMC Tarrain) instead but wasn't given that till the following day... truck wont past emissions....no paperwork about the loan to get it legal.... several attempts to get answers for the above mentioned issues ..still..... I've called 3 times to talk to pre owned manager with only ever reaching his voicemail.. no call back ... never again will I ever come back.. theo fasano More

Sales Agent GREAT, financing NOT SO GOOD! No trouble with Sales agent. He was responsive, kept in touch during the sales cycle, did what he said he would do. Financing, not so much. Gave me a finance rate of almost 7% for a guy who has a 800 credit score. No excuse. She, Jennifer, also rushed me through the process even after I waited 20 minutes and decided to come back later in the day when I could schedule an appointment. Once I arrived, had to wait another 10 minutes and then 'rushed' me through the process and kicked me with this ridiculous rate. More

Good Experience In general we had a good experience with the dealer, we were able to work out a fair price for the car we purchase. Our sales rep (Milton) was AWESOME, and easy to deal with. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle and the detailing job wasn't great -- it was more of a once over. The car was apparently owned by someone who had a dog in the car quite often, and there was short dog hair still everywhere. We had to take it to get it detailed after leaving the dealership so we could give the car to our daughter as a gift. Kind of a bummer to have to pay to get it detailed right after buying it. More

He did an excellent job of uncovering my needs and showing me the vehicle that would best meet those needs. Once we agreed on the vehicle I was interested in he worked with me to make the deal a win-win for me which I appreciated. In the end I made the purchase and Brian was very efficient in helping me come to a decision without feeling pressured. He than flawlessly executed the exchange of my trade in and the delivery of my new car. I would recommend going to Brian if you are interested in either a pre-owned or new car. More
