I have had my car serviced on three different occasions and each time something new is wrong shortly after. No one is willing to take responsibility for the problems they have caused. I was charged diagnostic fees each time but no reasons given as to what happened. Everyone tells a different story when asked and you end up paying for unnecessary things with more issues to your car than when you arrived. Permanently lost my business! More

Casey, Chris, John & Errin are very knowledgeable & helpful I purchased my 07 Dodge Ram at Royal Gate in 2009. The salesman was very helpful and kind. The service department is absolutely incredible. Casey orders parts for me, mud flaps, fender flairs bug deflector and etc. Errin is my mechanic, he is super great, he does the installation and changes my oil. I make my appointments via text with Casey and I make sure Errin will be there the day of my appointment. Errin parks my truck in a special spot when he is finished with it. Super Great !!!! Great team, they always make me feel welcomed. I wouldn't go any where else but Royal Gate. More
