I had to have work done on my transmission for over a year. Finally you replaced the complete transmission. The problem continued I was speaking to someone about the problem. They said they had the ex year. Finally you replaced the complete transmission. The problem continued I was speaking to someone about the problem. They said they had the exact same issue. They said that their dealership actually changed the plugs. My friend said that corrected the complete issue So when I brought my car in for the fifth time, I explained the above situation. I then received a call from Corey. He told me that the issue was in fact the plugs. I was not surprised. Just very disappointed that I was actually the one too bring up the possibility of that problem. My car was still under the 50,000 mile warranty. I was very surprised when Corey told me that it was going to be $450. to replace the plugs. I told him that I thought that was outrageous because we’ve been working on this while the Jeep was well under the bumper to bumper warranty. Short story they agreed to do the work for $250. I went ahead and had the work done. While I do appreciate the the problem getting rectified , it shouldn’t have taken a year plus has been a very frustrating experience. I’m not convinced that if I had not suggested the plug issue, who knows how long this issue would have gone on. I sure hope that my next issue and visit to your service department is quickly and properly resolved. More

My service rep Tony was great he kept me in the loop and answered my questions. The only reason I rated lower was not because of service but because the replacement part that took over a week to arrive and answered my questions. The only reason I rated lower was not because of service but because the replacement part that took over a week to arrive and cost more than 2k is defective. The brand new part had a defective sensor and so vehicle is still not fixed. They have ordered another new part at no cost. Fingers crossed this one is not defective. The poor review is more on Chrysler than the dealer as they are responsible for the defective parts and after researching my issues I’ve found this is not an isolated incident with differentials and many people with same issue still have not had it resolved. Hopefully this dealer can come through. More
