Terrible service set up & communication. For the 2nd time I was called to confirm my next day appointment yet when show up for appointment we’re told there is no appointment. Plus we’ve complained about the same problem on Jeep since bought it, yet we were blown off about it. Now once warranty is gone, all sudden they realize it’s a problem that needs to be fixed yet we get charged now! When it could’ve been fixed under warranty. This is the 2nd time I’ve had such horrible service at this place. I will never recommend going here More

Arrived early for appt but dealer was running behind. Ended up waiting an extended time to get and complete service - arrived at 1 for 1:30 appt and left at 3:15p for an oil change and tire rotation. Biggest concern is: 1) The car had to be returned due to a check engine light Dealer hit a part and it needed to be reset, which they did upon our return. Our car smelled like oil and there were oily handprints on sill and on driver's door with oily footprints on bottom of door. We did not meet the technician but did have a good experience with the write-up person, Mike Wilson. You text me this capability to fill out this form but the system would not accept it. More
My 2019 Wrangler brake pedal started squeaking so I had your service department look at it when I had my oil changed and tires rotated on 5/25. They said I had a bad brake hydraulic system and had to order a part and I'd have to bring my jeep back when the part came in. I paid for the oil change /tire rotation but the cashier said I wouldn't get a receipt since there was still work to be done. Dropped the jeep off Sunday night, 6/6, for an appointment Monday, 6/7, as the brake part came in. Heard nothing all day and after a few phone calls was told it would be ready by 5:45. I asked Byron to let me know for sure as I live 30 minutes away, a good 45 minutes with traffic. 5:45 I arrive.... the cashier charged me for the oil change / tire rotation even though I told her I thought I already paid... oh yeah, no receipt. I confirmed later on with my bank account, I already paid for it 5/25. I signed the paperwork.. "Your jeep will be pulled around in a few minutes," is what I heard from service manager Chris. 6:10, no Jeep, no one in the garage. Long story short, I signed paperwork for my jeep and left without it, double paid for my oil change/tire rotation. Apparently there was a clip that had to be rush ordered. Finally got my Jeep. Still no refund for the double payment I was told credit was processed more than a week ago. More
