I recently moved to the area and needed to have the bracket for my front Liscense plate installed. I called the dealership I bought the vehicle from and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg. This was my first time back to the Dealership since the change in ownership. Under the previous owner, my experience was always wonderful. This visit was awful from start to finish. No diagnostics or wor change in ownership. Under the previous owner, my experience was always wonderful. This visit was awful from start to finish. No diagnostics or work were run on the first day even though I had an appointment. Because of incorrect information provided by my advisor and my advisor changing 5 times, it took a week to get the car released to David Taylor Jeep from the dealership the extended warranty was under. Once work was authorized, it took two weeks to get the transmission delivered. It took four days to install the transmission. TWENTY-FIVE DAYS later I got my Jeep back with a dirty rag on the floor, low tires, and a car covered in bird poop. My Advisor was switched from Mike G. to Casey to No One to Matt. All information was obtained because I called or someone was answering a question I asked, except for TWO phone calls. During the time my Jeep was there, I drove a loaner for 21 of the days. The warranty covered 10. I shared my frustrations with Chris Quick the manager and he agreed that things were handled poorly and he would address the issues. On top of that, I did receive a phone call from a salesperson at David Taylor Jeep who wanted to buy my car. The salesperson told me the service department was backed up getting cars ready for a big used car sales event--SERIOUSLY!!! With all that said, I was told I would still have to pay for 6 of the 11 days the extended warranty did not cover. I should never have been asked to pay for any of the days I had the loaner at all. If customer service had been fabulous, I wouldn't care if I was charged for the loaner. My car would never have been there that long if Service was running properly. I can only imagine their internal communication is lacking as much as their customer communication. More
The 2019 Pacifica would not start and multiple dash lights would flash in a sequence. Similar problem with other owners found on internet--no known fix. Car had to be towed. Dealer found a dead batt lights would flash in a sequence. Similar problem with other owners found on internet--no known fix. Car had to be towed. Dealer found a dead battery, jumped, tested as bad cell and replaced. Further testing, starter was hanging, was replaced. No further issued found by technician. Talking with the Service Advisor, he claims if the car sits too long, the electronics drain the battery--particularly as newer cars continue to get more electronics--and may cause a bad battery cell over time. This problem affects the electronics because somehow they are no longer getting the right voltage or reading and the computer gets confused--the dash lights show. While it seams reasonable, it sounds odd. The car had plenty of power. I even had a charger hooked up to the vehicle for a few hours prior to us attempting to start the car--when the problem occurred. It clicked once like a bad started (hence the need for a tow to the dealer). So while the car is repaired and so far working ok, we tend to think there is a deeper electronic issue. Nonetheless, the dealer and repairs performed well, and was friendly about talking through the issue. My wife even took a video of the start problem when it happened. More

Everything went well and the checkin process was smooth, plus my car was ready early but upon getting home I noticed that there were all kind of black oil type marks on the tan carpets in the drivers footwe plus my car was ready early but upon getting home I noticed that there were all kind of black oil type marks on the tan carpets in the drivers footwell. Obviously these came from work shoes and I know the tech put paper down but unfortunately it didn't help much. I keep my vehicles exceptionally clean so was very disappointed. I have cleaned the marks off with Scotch Hard Auto cleaner but I have previously not had any such issues with All-star who have looked after my vehicle for the past 6 years. More
