The wrong part was ordered so my car took longer than necessary to get fixed. The original Service Advisor was not communicative and never called back. Casey took over and got me my car back in a couple necessary to get fixed. The original Service Advisor was not communicative and never called back. Casey took over and got me my car back in a couple of days and was communicating with updates. When I got my car back, the headliner and visor had greasy fingerprints on them that I can't get out. Not pleased. More

Was promised 3 free oil changes when I bought my Jeep. Received 2. Made an appointment for third. Even though my Jeep has low mileage and wasnt quite ready for a change, I went ahead and scheduled. Was called 2 times, sent 7 text reminders in less than a week by dealership. Drove a 70 mile round trip to be denied stating that the offer expired end of December 2019. Was not aware of any expiration when I made my Jeep purchase. Since ownership changed, I reached out last December to the salesman who sold me my vehicle to make sure that this would still be honored since the company changed hands.I had an email confirmation from salesman stating that even though dealership changed owners, this was a "Jeep" thing and would not effect my service. Got there and was told they wouldn't honor even after showing them my text. Very disappointed and will not return to this dealership for service or to buy. They can take me off of their contact lists. More
