Front desk did not communicate well and was understaffed all three times I was there. Took car in for front end noise and specifically said it happens when car hits 35 mph or more. Came back and was told t all three times I was there. Took car in for front end noise and specifically said it happens when car hits 35 mph or more. Came back and was told the noise was my struts. I asked if the mechanic drove it and was assured he did. Decided not to get struts fixed and took car home. I then looked at invoice and saw that miles in and miles out were exactly the same. At most he drove it around their very uneven parking lot. Will not take car back and will not recommend to anyone. More

The service advisor are great but the service technicians are very concerning. Recently my vehicle was inspected by a service technician for a routinely oil change. The person who inspected my truck stated t are very concerning. Recently my vehicle was inspected by a service technician for a routinely oil change. The person who inspected my truck stated that my brakes were in good shape with marking them as green on the diagram. A month later I took my vehicle into the dealership due to a very loud noise when accelerating and stopping to later find out I had metal on metal with very bad brakes and rotors. As a customer this is the reason I come to the dealership to get my vehicle checkout by experts. Some one reached out to me about a survey and I explained this and requested a call back from the service manager but still haven’t received a call. More
