I was disappointed that my service advisor did not inform me about oil change packages I could purchase that would significantly reduce the cost of an oil change. I paid $112 for an oil change and tire rotat me about oil change packages I could purchase that would significantly reduce the cost of an oil change. I paid $112 for an oil change and tire rotation, only to find out when I checked out that there are packages of 3 oil changes/3 tire rotations that you can buy for $185. I would’ve bought a package if I had known about them at the time of check in. I always service both of my Jeep vehicles at David Taylor so I was very disappointed to find out that I was essentially ripped off by not being offered a way to save money. More

I understand we had to work through Chrysler to get some warranty coverage. I was surprised you told us to completely handle that part on our own, but that is fine and we did.
