Bad communication, Not clean, inconsiderate of customer needing car back. Offered no rental. Wire clippings left in floorboard and wires left exposed. Did not receive any phone calls from advisor with updates. Asked to check a rattling coming from mid/rear of car that only occurs when stopped in drive with foot in break- I suggested they look at he updates. Received text message with a $3k+ estimate to replace front suspension system and motor mount for customer complaint of “clucking sound when driving). This was not only NOT my complaint the comment in estimate said we don’t know if this will fix issue until we try. I’m livid that no one returned my calls or called to discuss this atrocity! I took my car down the street to Toyota and they confirmed for me in 5 minutes it was the heat shield and my service advisor keep in informed the entire time they had my car. If absurd estimates and not providing customer service is the new “norm” for service visits at Chrysler Jeep dodge- I won’t be coming back. I’m so disappointed to have been treated so poorly after being a loyal and happy customer for 6+ years. More
